1. Click The Open Enrollment button to the right.

2. Login with the following:

Username: AMNEAL + 6 digit employee ID

Password: Birthdate (YYYYMMDD)

Example

Username: AMNEAL123456

Password: 19680501
*You will be prompted to setup a permanent password to use moving forward.
